This website describes the design services offered by M26 Growth. Information on the site, including example websites and pricing, is provided for general guidance. Example projects shown in the Website Examples section are original concepts created by M26 Growth to demonstrate design quality.

The free homepage preview is offered without cost and without obligation. Requesting a preview does not create a contract, and either side can decide not to continue. We may decline or limit preview requests at our discretion.

Paid work begins only after the scope, price, and timeline are confirmed in writing. Prices listed on this site are starting prices and may change depending on the scope of your project. Payment terms are set out in your project agreement.

Once your project is paid in full, the finished website design and content produced for you are yours to use. M26 Growth retains ownership of its own branding, templates, and underlying tools, and may reference completed work as a portfolio example unless you ask us not to.

Websites we build may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, and email delivery. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as traffic, rankings, or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question.
